Information we collect

Vervig Jobs collects information submitted through job-posting and job-alert forms so those services can operate.

Job alerts

Job-alert email addresses and selected filters are used to request confirmation and, after confirmation, send vacancy notifications. Every digest includes an unsubscribe link. Cancelling an alert disables delivery and invalidates pending confirmation links.

Employer submissions

Employer contact details supplied for moderation are not published unless they are separately provided as public application contact information. Drafts, submission receipts, proposed corrections and review decisions are stored to operate the submission service. A private management link grants access to that submission; keep it private. Browser sessions keep draft and submission access separate from public listing pages.
